Yellow Jeep Wrangler on Off-Road Test Course

Another year of the prestigious Chicago Auto Show has come and gone once again, but that doesn’t mean we can’t relive the fun, right? At this year’s Chicago Auto Show, the CDJR brand boasted exciting news, redesigns, and hands-on experiences to give visitors a taste of what the brand is all about. Check out the major highlights, and see what’s going on with some of your favorite Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram models.

Jeep Delighted in Their Urban Adventure Course

Jeep’s booth sported engaging ride-alongs and a massive display of its new model lineup. Show-goers got the opportunity to take a tour in the All-New Wrangler Rubicon, the Renegade, and the Grand Cherokee (to name a few).

The big focus was to highlight Jeep’s Trail-Rated capabilities, which impressed riders as these vehicles scaled an 18-foot hill at a 30-degree slope, crossed rocky terrain, and climbed a set of stairs with great ease. Whether on the road or off, it’s clear that any Jeep can handle your adventures around Carrollton.

The Redesigned Ram Trucks

Proudly on display at the 2018 Chicago Auto Show was the new 2019 Ram lineup, ranging from the 1500 to the 3500. Redesigned for the upcoming model year, the new Ram includes new features like:

  • Hybrid powertrain option
  • Completely redesigned chassis that’s stronger and lighter
  • New electronic parking-brake system
  • Available vertical 12-inch Uconnect 4 touchscreen infotainment system
  • Improved towing capacity and max payload

The Powerhouse of Dodge

The focus for Dodge this year was its SRT lineup, and boy did it shine! Among the rows of souped-up cars, the real star of the show was the Challenger lineup. Included was the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, the T/A 392, and the exhilarating Demon — any of which would turn heads around Coweta County.

Dodge even gave show-goers the opportunity to “test drive” the Demon in a virtual reality drag race, which displayed this muscle car’s gusto with rip-roaring results! If you weren’t a fan of the Challenger before—believe us, you’ll fall in love after an experience like this.
